Pizza alla Bismark Recipe by Bella Gluten-Free

Grilled pizza is so easy to make. First you preheat your grill on high and close the lid to create your "oven". Next you mix up a batch of Bella Gluten-Free Pizza Dough and layer it with marinara sauce,
proscuitto and yes, sunny side up, bismark, eggs.  This pizza tastes great with or without cheese.

Servings: Makes 8 servings.  •   Prep: 15 mins  • Total: 40mins
EggPizza2   Ingredients:

Prepare one Bella Gluten-Free Pizza, Roll or Focaccia Mix ( freeze half of dough if only making one pizza)

1/2 cup
 marinara sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated or dairy free cheese of choice ( optional)
1/4 cup parma cheese, shaved (optional)

fresh basil, chopped

4-5 slices of proscuitto ham, sliced paper thin

3-4 eggs

1 cup of greens such as spinach, arugula or mixed greens lightly dressed, optional

 WithBella Gluten-Free Pizza, Roll or Focaccia Mix grilled pizza is back on the table.

Mix it Up
• Turn on your outdoor grill and set temperature to high, Lower lid and let heat for 15 minutes.

• Mix Bella Gluten-Free Pizza Dough Mix according to directions. Divide dough in half ( freeze half of dough if only making one pizza)and press pizza onto a baking sheet lined with parchment covered in foil or a pizza stone lined with parchment paper. Trim the paper to match the stone to avoid flaming edges. There is no need to heat stone ahead of time. Let rise for 15 minutes. 

• Add toppings  except for eggs and cook on grill with lid closed for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Add whole eggs and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until eggs are softly cooked. 
Serve with a parmesan cheese shavings and/or top with tossed greens.
