Mix it Up
• Rolls: Fill 4" round cake pans or muffin top pans 1/2 full. Shape top and sprinkle with water and add toppings of choice such as sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or dehydrated onions or garlic. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until rolls are golden brown and sound hollow when bottom is tapped.

Burgers: In medium bowl mix all burger ingredients well.  Form patties by lightly patting.  Meat mixture will be wet. Coat grill and coat thoroughly on both sides until done, 8-10 minutes.

Curry Mayo: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, curry paste, capers and onion. Set aside.

Chef’s Notes:
Feel free to load your burger up with all your favorite toppings and condiments. These rolls are tender but will hold up to any toppings.
