Supreme Pizza by Bella Gluten-Free

1 x Bella Gluten-Free Gourmet Pizza Crust Mix

3 tablespoons pizza sauce, or tomato sauce

2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning blend

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 small handful chopped salami or pepperoni

1small handful sliced Italian sausage, fully cooked

2 mushrooms, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons black olives slices crushed red chili flakes if desired



  1. Prepare the pizza crust mix as directed on cup package instructions. Spread the prepared dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan or sheet pan as evenly and as round as you can.

  2. Spread the pizza sauce all over the top of the pizza dough, leaving a bit of room free from sauce around the edges for the crust.

  3. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of the Italian seasoning over top the sauce then scatter the shredded cheese all over top of the sauce.

  4. Scatter the salami pieces followed by the slices of sausages.

  5. Scatter the mushrooms and black olive slices now over top and complete by sprinkling the remaining 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning over top and a light sprinkle of crushed red chili flakes if desired.

  6. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 16 to 20 minutes depending on oven, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melty.

  7. Cut into eighths and serve immediately.
